The New Moderns

Updated: Mar 14, 2019

John Henry is creating new Contemporary designs that will appeal to multi-gens, starter families, and luxury owners who want to live in exciting spaces with up to date features.

Modern architecture was developed after the world wars in order to rebuild shattered cities. The approach was mechanized, using steel, glass and concrete, and the aesthetic originally was bare with little detail. Architects and academics elevated this way of building in the early part of the 1940's and was termed the International Style. A practical way to build economically and almost abstractly was heralded by commercial and residential architects, rejecting the classical mode completely.

John Henry's generation was indoctrinated with this approach to designing buildings and any version of the Modern, Post Modern, Decon, Modern Revival, etc. can be executed per your requirements.
